About Ryan

He is a Colorado native, grew up in Colorado Springs, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management, Recreation, and Tourism from Colorado State University. After college, Ryan moved to Breckenridge to live the dream as a children’s ski instructor with Breckenridge Ski and Ride School. Ryan has taught advanced classes for children and private lessons for 14 years and attained a Professional Ski Instructors of America level three certification. He has built his own property management company, Ryan Whiteneck LLC, and specializes in caring for luxury vacation homes during the owner’s absences.

 

He joined eXp Realty as a luxury real estate broker. His expertise in property management gives him the knowledge to understand home construction and maintenance. He dedicates himself to identifying clients’ motivations, values, and needs to find the vacation or full-time home of their dreams and make it a reality.
